You're all Loved (Y'AAL) is a practical 3-hour workshop designed for school staff and professionals working with young people. As conversations around misogyny, harmful online influences and gender-based harm become increasingly complex, many professionals can feel uncertain about how to respond in ways that are both effective and balanced. This workshop creates a safe and reflective space to explore these challenges with honesty, confidence and compassion. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of harmful behaviours including misogyny and its impact on young people, while also considering the importance of intersectionality, inclusion and avoiding approaches that unintentionally increase shame, division or disengagement. Particular attention is given to ensuring LGBTQ+ experiences and perspectives are recognised within conversations around gender-based harm. The session combines real-life context, reflective discussion and practical strategies to help professionals recognise harmful attitudes and behaviours, respond confidently to difficult conversations and promote healthier, more respectful cultures within schools and community settings. Rooted in trauma-informed practice and equality, the workshop encourages participants to move beyond fear of "getting it wrong" and instead build the confidence to engage young people in meaningful conversations and behaviours that promote accountability, empathy, safety and inclusion for everyone. This training is ideal for educators, safeguarding leads, youth workers, pastoral teams, community practitioners and multi-agency professionals supporting young people.
